De acuerdo a lo dispuesto por Ley Provincial N° 9.076 en su artículo 7° y Decreto Reglamentario N° 1078/18 artículo 7°, los establecimientos vitivinícolas radicados en la Provincia de Mendoza e inscriptos en el ámbito del Instituto Nacional de Vitivinicultura (I.N.V.) son AGENTES DE RETENCIÓN y como tales responsables de retener de los fondos que deban pagar a los productores, las sumas necesarias para el pago de la Contribución Obligatoria Especial destinada al Control y Erradicación de la Plaga Lobesia Botrana de aquellos productores que adeuden la misma.
